I am a dedicated people development professional with over 10 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development, holding a CIPD Level 5 qualification alongside a Level 5 certification in Coaching and Mentoring. My career spans both the healthcare and manufacturing sectors, giving me a well-rounded understanding of diverse organisational environments and workforce needs.
With experience across NHS and private healthcare settings, I bring a strong appreciation for the complexities of patient-focused services, high-pressure environments, and the importance of effective leadership and staff wellbeing. My background in manufacturing further strengthens my ability to support operational teams, drive performance, and foster continuous improvement.
I am passionate about helping individuals and teams reach their full potential through practical, people-focused solutions. Whether through coaching, mentoring, or strategic HR and L&D support, I aim to create positive, sustainable change that benefits both employees and organisations.
We work closely with clients to review existing documentation or create policies from scratch, covering key areas such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence management, performance management, and workplace conduct. Each policy is written in a clear, practical way, making it easy for both managers and employees to understand and apply.
In addition, we ensure that all documentation is compliant with current employment law and aligned with organisational values and culture.
A well-structured onboarding and induction process sets the tone for a new employee’s entire journey. We will support organisations to design and deliver seamless, engaging onboarding experiences that ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and ready to contribute from day one.
